Depends on how fast the contributors will answer the questionnaire. Our historical average is two weeks between launching the questionnaire and collecting the answers.
We recommend once per year. However, if you are in any kind of career accelerator program, you can do it as many times as you want and keep track of your progress. (we recommend no more than 3 times per year, if you do a full 360 assessment, such as app360)
You will have the option of nominating other contributors to respond or to close the report with the answers already obtained if you reach the minimum contributors required.
